Ranked ladder is not working 1.33

I’ve played 2 ranked games so far, and after the game, I get this error: Failed to retrieve data.

And stats are still 0-0

Tried restarting the game, repairing, disconnecting, and reconnecting, and the same issue is happening.

Any solution?

I am encountering the exact same problem as well. I have uninstalled and currently re-installing the game. Hopefully this might solve the problem.

Same issue. It was working ok last night (about 75% of games would register), but today i have played 6 on various modes and none of them counted.

I re-installed the game and played a match. The problem persists!

This is happening to me as well, tried restarting and reinstalling. I lost won three games in a row against rank 5200 people. PLEASE FIX

I won a RT 3v3 and my 1/5 placement matches did not update.

Hi, i have same problem i make 12-0 in solo by elf and no one game was count even in ladder and even when i check my overall stats. what happen?

Same issue here. Lots of ranked 4v4 wins do not show up in match history. Always related to Failed to retrieve data.

Same problem. How frustrating.

I didn’t purchase reforged, I’m playing on regular WC3 if that matters. However, before this last update, my wins were being counted towards portraits. None of my ranked games are showing up now. Every game is always my first placement.

There are a few problems with what’s happening here.

  1. Blizzard doesn’t care. How do we know? Well… Money speaks. The game generates zero revenue. Fixing a 20 year old game to satisfy 2000 people doesn’t make sense. Any employee that gets assigned to “fix” WC3 is a pure cost centre.
  2. Lack of communication and support. This ties in with point 1. Blizzard doesn’t care.
  3. Half-effort to get Ladder working is a laughing stock and Blizzard should be embarrassed. Not only by how they’re managing the game but also for letting down their loyal customers.
