Hey there,
I just won a tournament on the PTR. Because there was just me and one other person participating I only had to win one preliminary and one playoff match for a total of 2 wins. After that since there were no other participants I won the other matches by default.
Based on the information provided I should therefore have a total of 32 tournament wins on my profile (30 for the tournament win + 2 for the individual matches I won).
Instead I have 28 wins on my profile (coincidentally 30 -2 = 28 but I am not sure if this is the error).
Please have a look into this issue before tournaments are released on the live patch, thanks!
