Please explain this section of “PTR Discussion And Bug Report” from “Forum”
for me is just duplicates Support → “Bug Report” section.
So as I saw the 2 sections are similar, I think the idea is just split the numbers, and prove upper management that you have half of Issues / Bugs like before! Please correct me if I am wrong and for example : give us some examples to clarify the difference between this 2 sections.
PTR Discussion and Bug Report is for the PTR, regular bug report isn’t. /thread
Since the stuff reported here doesn’t get fixed anyway and makes it to live, they are after all essentially the same.

I bought the full game I am not a beta tester. And if game have bugs I want only 1 way to report them. Nicely Blizzard also answers them !
