So many problems, I’m no computer whiz. Can someone tell me how to get the game working?

seems they dont care, after you give them your money.
incase anyone has actual advice, I keep being disconnected when i turn on the game, then get something about Install Bonjour when i click on custom games while offline. The game was working the 29th for me, but sometime on the 30th I started disconnecting everytime i joined the server
I can’t even install the game and I’ve been waiting for it to fix for two days. Even have a post up but nobody seems to know what to do 
“Start Install” is permanently greyed out/the mini screen doesn’t load
I actually didn’t play these 
I was hoping Reforged would be a good first-time experience, but it doesn’t seem to be so judging by what forums have said.
Honestly, at this point I just want to be able to get in the game at all, considering I can’t refund it.
