its not very easy to contact blizzard, if you know something help me plz.
for now i used an ancient key to login but i cannot rely on it in the future
Are you getting the Failed to authenticate 2.51 error? There is a topic for that. Be sure to check exactly which error you get, others may be easier to solve.

Well where exactly is it messing up? After you put in your account and password? If so you can try again and atleast get the exact error code. In any case authentication error has had a big forum thread up for a while so its bound to be fixed eventually.

Well you can follow the big thread above but the tl;dr is that blizzard is not acknowledging the 2.51 problem, the only response so far has been to refer people to a fix for a different problem. So don’t hold your breath.
