Do we know if pre-ordering will grant war reforged in game content ?

Nothing has been officially announced yet. I am assuming they will add some unit/hero skins, but we will have to wait and see.
Pete said in a interview with Grubby saying Jaina will get a skin that you can get by purchasing spoils of war edition as well as a few other hero skins, but we don’t know anything else other than that.
