I’ve literally made a post about units going invisible in game…bit of an issue (in the bug forums) no response…in fact the bug Forums have little to no response from blizzard at all…bit of red flag there…General Discussions i get…Bug reports…yeah you should be seeing blue posts on alot of those…
Blue response back in 2020…thats the most recent response to a bug report in the Bug Forums…
Of course they can respond to what ever they want. They don’t need to respond to your units issue to have seen and understood your report.
It’s fine if you think they should respond more or to every problem, but that isn’t how it works.
That’s true of all the Bug Report forums of all the games. QA rarely responds. That doesn’t mean they don’t see the reports.
You seem to be attempting to link responses with receiving reports. One doesn’t require the other.
So in other words they don’t take it seriously because they have our money…screw our issues, comments or concerns…Again…i wouldn’t have been told to come here by a GM to put my suggestions on here if i wasn’t expecting to get a response from a GM…he would have forwarded me to another GM/Department that could have helped me via tickets/emails
Blizzard doesn’t have to justify anything to you when making altercations on their own product. I understand what you’re saying about the legacy d2 and d2r servers but if they chose to do things a different way in order to (im guessing) centralize the game and its community and make patching process easier for themselves in the future, but the biggest part I think would be to end up with a better and more modern product instead of having 2 different iterations out on the market.
Then they need to offer refunds…period no matter how long someone has owned the CD’s if i can’t play the version i was playing last week via the legit blizzard launcher i want a refund…and before you say plug them in and play 1. My rig doesn’t have a cdrom case didn’t even have a spot for it and 2. it’s linked to my account via the CD keys…

You did not buy Reforged. You bought the original. If Blizzard decides to stop supporting the original, that’s their right.
That is simply quite impossible. That’s like asking for spare parts for a Ford Model T and having the factory be forced to make new parts for you. They don’t have to. They can’t.
