Dear Blizzard team,
I am writing to you regarding an important issue related to the optimization of your games for Apple Silicon processors. Currently, many macOS users are transitioning to the new ARM architecture, making the optimization of your products for these processors increasingly important.
You have already taken a significant step by optimizing World of Warcraft for the ARM architecture, and we, macOS users, are very grateful for that. However, we hope that you will continue this effort and optimize your other games, such as Warcraft 3 Reforged, for Apple Silicon processors as well. This will not only improve our gaming experience but also demonstrate your loyalty to Mac users, thereby attracting a more affluent audience.
It is worth noting that the minimum cost of new Apple Silicon-based computers is at least $860 on the secondary market. This indicates that macOS users are willing to invest in quality devices and, consequently, in games that are optimized for these devices.
I would also like to draw your attention to monetization opportunities. Adding paid options for visual customization of factions, heroes, landscapes, and neutrals would not only enhance the gaming experience but also provide an additional revenue stream for the company. These options should be purely cosmetic and should not affect the gameplay itself. Specifically, when you are ready to release the Naga Queen Azshara faction, many players will return to the game if you provide an attractive base to retain them.
Blizzard is a company that made my childhood brighter. I sincerely wish you success in all your endeavors and believe that you will hear our requests.
Best regards,
Dmitro
