I think if you are normal people, you were definitely leave, but obviously BN player are not the case. They will reply, you can leave, I play farmore better than you, winrate in 4vs4 is joke

I feel you, dude. Very experienced players, like you, recognize early, if a teammate will be a too big of a burden. Especially when against a decent enemy team.
The typical behaviour of those people you are talking about is always the same:
They refuse to leave, they keep playing absolute (passive) non-sense up to the 15 minute mark, then they suddenly lose everything vs. 1-2 enemy armies, AND THEN they will leave in a second. Of course, by then it’ll be far too late to save the dishes…
