Hello guys,
I am playing on MacOS and cannot even launch the game. I have already posted on the “can’t launch game” thread but of course no solution provided yet. The community managers say to post the report files, but even those instructions for Mac are totally wrong. Battlenet says this:
#System Profiler Report
- Open the Apple menu and select About This Mac.
- Click on System Report.
- Click File and Save to your desktop.
But when I try to this, after step 2 there is no “click file and save” option. Does anyone know how to get these files on Mac? I want to create a ticket, but for doing so, I need to attach these files. But battlenet’s instructions are wrong… so frustrating
