No subtitles during ingame cinematics

Hi there!

So, unfortunately, I do not have any subtitles while the ingame cinematics are playing. This even though that I have activated the option in the settings to include subtitles under sound.

I’m running the English version in Europe.

Subtitles appear just fine in the rendered cinematics

Addding to this, I also run the game in 3440x1440 , 120 hertz, windowed fullscreen in a 21:9 monitor. I have a feeling this is an ultra wide monitor issue.

Also running 3440x1440 and have the same issue. It disappears if I run the game in Windowed mode (but not Windowed Fullscreen).

I’m having the same issues. No subtitles at all in the in-game cutscenes. I too use an Ultrawide.

Blizzard please do not disable ultrawide. Just fix it

Want to report that I have the same issue with Ultrawide as well.

Same. Also with windowed fullscreen 3440x1440 as this resolution does not appear when using pure fullscreen.

Subtitles not displaying in Windowed Fullscreen (3440 x 1440P Resolution). Also, the UI doesn’t appear correctly in 21:9 Monitor too.

same. Playing on 3440x1440 and no subtitles

I can confirm it definitelly. At 1920x1080 (fullscreen mode) subs are appearing also at 2560x1440 (FS) they are there. After turning to 2560x1440 (windowed fullscreen) they disappear. It seems it is ultra-wide support issue indeed. Please fix it ASAP!

Ya. Subtitles still not working in Windowed Fullscreen. Need new patch ASAP!
