game is not searching because no any map in the ladder , I also can’t load any maps in custom games.

I had this issue, I restarted the game and they appeared, Now my settings and Menus will not show up now and I can not exit the game unless it’s forced.
still no maps in ladder and can’t download any map in custom games, who knows how to solve this?
