I got an invitation today for the Warcraft 3 Reforged Beta, but my battle.net client does not have a dropdown available to choose the Beta version to install. All I have is the install button, which is greyed out saying “the game cannot be installed yet.”

I’m having the same problem. I’ve quit and completely closed battle.net with no luck. I’m on version 1.16.0.11623 which it just updated to today.

same here, i don’t see drop down for beta
I have restarted battle.net, manually logged out and back in to battle.net, and restarted my whole PC. Still no dropdown.

Same for me. Got the invitation around 19:00 on 10/29. Tried to download around midnight, but no dropdown available. Refreshed Blizzard app and restarted my PC. Same result.

same here. glad it’s not just me. seems to be that maybe it hasn’t actually flagged the accounts it sent invites out to late last night. hopefully it’s resolved once most of the staff is back in the office today.

I also have no dropdown… Restarted BattleNet launcher, logged into different regions, but still no dropdown.
If you don’t have the dropdown and you like me have preordered Spoils of War, then your beta invite wave just hasn’t come yet.
Be patient, folks. We’ll get in eventually.
M8 ppl here have gotten the email invite so they have an invite it just havent popped up in the client for some reason.

M8 you clearly have never been in a Blizzard beta before.
Emails don’t mean jack, cos usually even if you’re invited you won’t get an email. It’ll just appear in the launcher.
We did get the invite but no option to install in the client. Sort of sucks
