New Wisp portrait is not slick

Sooo is that the finished wisp portrait? I didn’t say anything before cause it was unfinished but now its like… wtf?? Seriously, before the face was kinda blended into the mystical spirit ball, now its just a freaky face with way over the top hair. Does anyone else absolutely despise this new wisp portrait?

i think wisp model looks good they stayed with the original vibe from classic wc3, which i like,but the portrait looks bad too me dont like it too.

Its awful, model is nice, icon is kinda ok, but that floating disembodied head is just bad … it looks like decapitated banshee rather than elf spirit …

Yaa the wisp its self is perfect, then you click on it and get bombarded with a freaky bobble head. I seriously cant wrap my head around how they could come up with somthing so ugly.

Agreed. The head is literally floating in mid air, it looks kinda comical if I didn’t know better.

Complete agree with you. I literally started to play Warcraft because whisp, it felt so mystic, like some forest spirit near my village. It really inspired my imagination to learn more about elves and mystic creatures generally.

And what the hell is this reforged whisp face??? Models in reforged are from nice to amazing, but some faces completely ruined reforged experience for me.

Thats funny cause I experienced the exact same thing with dota 2. Wisp was the 1sr character that I “mained” because of how captivating it was. And that wisp didnt even have any face. They ruined the wisp in refordged… the portrait at least.

I would hardely say solved. Most people arnt going to spend that much time and effort to change it. Plus it doesnt even look that good.

I liked the gender neutral wisps from before. you couldn’t tell what they were - now it’s showing as a female night elf…like the wisp is the perfect example of too much art is not always a good thing.

Yeah, it looks awful. The wisp shouldn’t have a face, especially not an ugly goblin one.
