New units for undead upgrades and 1 new hero

Undead - New Unit - Upgrade for ghouls turn ghouls into ghasts Ghasts - ghasts gain 125+ HP and 2 + and gain auto cast ability increases movement speed by 30%
New Hero - Shadow-weaver - doppelganger - this shadowly wrath like made from black exoplasm

Blood Boil - Hits all targets within aoe radius higher hp more the damage.
Drain Soul - works like this you steal one of abilities of enemy hero for 8 seconds. they cannot use that ability for 8 seconds when use that ability . now only that it deals damage over time. use of this ability is take away auras from aura heros make them yours and disable it
Corruption - Charge up ball while charging your hero moves slower but larger the ball larger aoe scale. hit units with fully charged one not only poison but does good aoe damage this has more range more charge up so has alot interesting plays

Ultimate - Corpse Explosion - you disappear and fuse with one of enemy units have it attack after 10 seconds or if its killed it explode dealing massive aoe damage. and your hero respawn. where unit exploded and is healed by damage of explosion

New Upgrade - Abmonations - Gains devour allows them devour units and heal over time while there feeding they gain evasion more HP

New Upgrade - Frostwyrms - Evolves them into dracolich - frost attack kills raise dead like nercomancers

there is no one to do it for the classics
AI can’t do it - so they can’t do it

There are no employees there who are able to fit anything into the original art and animation.
And finding such people now will be extremely difficult

So there will be 100% no new units - heroes - models - spells. Modern developers are simply not capable of this.

Sounds like you should go into the editor and make your own hero because you have some fun ideas.
I’m sure there are all sorts of “updated WC3” custom games/mods that give buffs/changes to all the races with custom assets/ideas that breathe new life into the existing meta.

With that stated, it is highly unlikely that this will be adopted by Blizzard, not just because their lack of effort (let’s not forget WC3 was fully functional for ~15 years and they decided to break it with an “update” and still haven’t gotten it back to where it was before), but it would require massive changes for all races in order to balance (including giving them all new heroes) in the existing competitive scene and would change the current game entirely.

Would love to see your ideas in a custom setting though. Would also like to see your ideas for other races as well… Maybe an agility-based hero for Human? Assassin/Rogue of some kind with poison daggers and a pistol with an ultimate that allows him to steal an item from an enemy hero?
Maybe an Orc Warlock like Gul’Dan that summons portals that call upon summoned demons in a similar way to tinker workshop, cast debuffs to enemies to negate armor/weapon upgrades, and has an ultimate that lets him perform a channeled stun where he puts fel energy into a unit and at the end of the ability he summons a fel-spawned clone of them for him to temporarily control, giving Orc a temporary extra hero? (OP as hell I know)
Oh and maybe a Strength-based Night Elf hero based on the Draeni that Illadin met in the Outlands? Maybe give him a massive axe and have his abilities be more focused on sweeps/splash damage to enemies in front of him and an ability to impale an enemy with his sickle for a stun (think mountain king hammer but melee only) and an ultimate that lets him summon a giant salamander to ride that he can control and walk over enemies with, avoiding collision completely and providing a slow on enemies trampled as well as big damage.

Human -

New Hero - Drawf Markman - Agility Hero
Abilities -
Preicing - your auto-attacks and abilities have 15/30/50% chance to preice hit targets behind ttarget your hitting -passive-
Hunters Mark - Prevents target from going invisable also increases damage of your next sho by 33/66/100%
Arcane shot - Shoot 1/2/3 projectiles at a target deal good distances each dealing 10/15/20 + your auto attack damage to target this automanticly home on target effected by hunters mark
Ult - Boomstick! - what makes this ult strong is its range. after 3 seconds of aiming you unleash an attack very small this attack deals more damage for each unit it hits passes though until reachs it target. damage 250+ physical attack damage. 450+ physical damage 700 damage + physical

New Unit - Gnomish Mechinized Unit or g.o.l.u.m for short - basically its robotic mech suit . has two flame throwers as arms… able to do close ranged splash damage . shares same armor type weapon units hits only ground units but this is teir 2 unit upgrade from footman

it has some weaknesses thou cause it has splash very simular to huntress its damage is low buts hp is way higher then footman doesnt have ability to block projectiles with footman its mechincal unit

Gnomish Techology - gives flying mechines and Mechinzed unit additional hp and armor, this is teir 2 upgrade and increased movement speed. allowing you be fastest flyers in the game

Rifleman - upgrade that turns them into snipers. they gain 50 mana and are ability to use the snipe ability that max them deal additional 15+ damage on auto attack at cost of 25 mp

Who and how will make models and animations for all this in classic mode now?

orc warlock would be nice orc is well around on int heros dont think having another pet class warlock be over powered

someone with love for the game at moment blizzard could ask anyone for help. they would cause love for the game

There are only 2 people, for the whole hiveworkshop, who can produce well fit animations for well fit super low poly models. But they both from russia, so blizzard will not hire them.
Others are maximum only capable of models, not animations.
AI is also not capable of well-suited animations, and will not be able to.
So there is simply no one to do it now.

In general, the problem for the development of any classic game now is not in ideas, and not even in money. But in the complete absence of artists capable of new art and especially animations that fit into the classic versions
