I just got a new laptop and I wanted to play reforged but when I opened i saw the cinematic which I skipped and then my screen went black, I can see the human pointy thing and hear the sound of the menu but I can t see anything. Please help, I have went through the forum and reddit and nothing seems to solve it.
please press windows key+R, type in dxdiag, hit enter. In the window that appears, press “save all information”
and then paste the text from the resulting file on a site like pastebin.com and then link to it here by using the code tags like this (</> on the formatting bar):

Also if you just got a new laptop it’s a good idea to uninstall all the unnecessary bloatware that often comes with new PCs. Just go to Settings > Apps and uninstall anything you can live without.
