My lifetime stats aren't showing up on Bnet

Hi. Long story short. I was playing on EU server, everything was fine, games recorded fine and I was able to see my stats in my profile.

One day I accidentally chosen NA server (after trying the PTR version) and played a few games on it (10 to be exact). I’ve decided to check my profile tab (aka lifetime stats) and saw that all I have is 10-0 and that’s all even tho I had about 200 games on EU before.

I thought I just need to swap back to EU, so I tried to login at EU server and to my surprise I see only 10-0 there too.

So, now I’m stuck in a limbo where my lifetime stats in profile are 10-0 no matter what, even tho I have about 250 games played overall and, for example, I can choose Sorceress portrait.

I’ve made a tech support ticked about it and recently got an answer that they can’t help and I should create a topic in the bug section of the forum. Please, help.

For me also it was the case but after 2,0 different stats in other regions appear, but now every game that play in europe or america stats don’t appear, maybe now the bug is caused again for that we’ve played different regions. But i bought reforged on patch 2.0 with another battle net account and i can log in and play also ranked but after the game again I’ve got massage: failed to retrieve data and nothing is counted
