Hi. Long story short. I was playing on EU server, everything was fine, games recorded fine and I was able to see my stats in my profile.
One day I accidentally chosen NA server (after trying the PTR version) and played a few games on it (10 to be exact). I’ve decided to check my profile tab (aka lifetime stats) and saw that all I have is 10-0 and that’s all even tho I had about 200 games on EU before.
I thought I just need to swap back to EU, so I tried to login at EU server and to my surprise I see only 10-0 there too.
So, now I’m stuck in a limbo where my lifetime stats in profile are 10-0 no matter what, even tho I have about 250 games played overall and, for example, I can choose Sorceress portrait.
I’ve made a tech support ticked about it and recently got an answer that they can’t help and I should create a topic in the bug section of the forum. Please, help.
