I dont know why there isn’t an option to play against the cpu to practice and get the hang of each faction. Instead of facing real players with horrible match making. The game pairs you against someone 30 levels above you. As a new player, this discourages me from futher playing Warcraft III forsaken.

You can play against CPU, go to Single player->Custom games->choose your race, opponent difficulty, race and map you want to play.

Age of Empires II and IV have a multiplayer Quick Match Human vs. AI game mode. Something similar would be great and would fit your suggestion for Reforged.

True, shall add this mode, so I wont met ton of new player. 
Correct, it has that too, but it’s a bit different. You can’t choose a difficulty before queuing, it’s a continuous ranking system where, depending on how you perform, you either rank up or rank down.
Wouldn’t that be beneficial, while custom games can still select difficulty?
