When launching WC3 Reforged and clicking “Multiplayer”, the menu fails to load. Only the background is visible - no UI elements, buttons or options appear (only “Exit” button on bottom left is visible and working).
All other menus work correctly.
System info:
- Device: MacBook Air M4
- OS: macOS Tahoe v26.2
- Game version: v2.0.3.23175
Troubleshooting already attempted:
- Performed 4 complete reinstallations
- Before each reinstall, manually delete all game-related files
- Running “Scan and repair” not fixing the problem
- No error logs
Did you go to your Documents/user folder, find the Wacraft III folder inside, which contains your settings files, custom maps, etc., and back it up and then delete it? Because if you didn’t, you haven’t deleted all game-related files. The configuration files that the game saves your settings and other information in is not deleted when you uninstall the game, nor is anything else in this folder, such that when you reinstall the game your settings are restored.
Otherwise, the only other likely issue is an OS update or some other application interfering (if the game did work correctly at some point), or it could also be a network related issue.
