Monsoon and Starfall effects cannot be changed. If I add custom effects, any custom effect, it will not change, the spell will use the default ones. Please fix this Blizzard!

This is a very good video that condences two bugs currently in the game in a visually understandable way.
I reported the tech tree bug previously but it is good to have a more visually illustrative version of it, the starfall bug (for example) is also another good report.

Well, thank you Retera. I did post other “bugs”… idk why I have just 1 post but anyway.
I have fixed the techtree requirements through triggers but discovering new bugs from time to time and seeing that blizzard doesn’t care is just frustrating.
