My ban was finally uplifted. I just have one small request for those mentioned in the title. Can we please get an official statement from Blizzard regarding this disaster? Can we please get an explanation, what might have went wrong…what are you doing right now to fix things? That would be great.

Give them a few days. They are currently in talks with China over an appropriate way to respond.

Blizzard doesn’t care about what community thinks, those days are very far behind us. The only language they understand is profits and Reforged is sure to have made quite a bit of money considering how iconic of a game it is and how many people are getting their refund requests denied.
