Grom in Reforged is using the Warlords of Draenor Model as base, thats perfectly fine, but the tattoo on his jaw is wrong. Currently there is just 2/3 black lines, but he is supposed to have the entire jaw painted/tattoed black as a symbolism of his chieftain position:

This is a lore thing that cannot be retconed, since it was just because Grommash had this tattoo Garrosh hellscream, his son, painted the same tattoo on himself, as showed in every Garrosh interaction since Cataclysm expansion:

he could not “add later” since he died here, in WoD he didn’t not have a full one because it was 35 years in the past.
The chaos or fel orcs are too much brown, this could confuse then with the Maghar counterparts, they should be much more red like this:
