(Melee and Custom) Zoom needs better integration

For Mapmakers:

You are looking to create two fields in the world editor > Advanced > Gameplay Constants.
Since it’s a balance setting you can set it enabled in maps using melee balance, but disabled in customs by default.

That’s the correct way to implement this. You don’t break old maps, but still let new ones enable it if they want to support it. This is basically how it has been done with all changes in the past that would affect custom games.

It is critically important that this ideology be maintained if custom games are to continue functioning.

Arcitct’s Proposed design is functionally clear to understand & I support it.

I should like whilst playing Melee/Versus games (in game - NOT menu) to be able to:
*Type the specific game camera setting
*Type to Lock the game camera at the last typed specific setting.

For example, when in game.

-zoom 1900
-z

So when I mouse wheel up/down or keyboard pgup/pgdown it does not change the camera setting as it should be locked (it can still zoom in/back out but not change the camera distance)
