I’m not sure how the matchmaking works ATM.
I’m cool with the global pool and having koreans and russians etc in my games.
What I’m not okay with is the fact that one game could be 80ms ping and the next 480ms ping. Work needs to be done on the matchmaking service for sure.
im pretty sure the matchmaking doesnt exist in team games either. I’m going on 60 wins and in almost every single game theres a noob that really should be playing against easy ai (like people who have a single level 1 hero just sitting in their base 10 minutes into the game) on at least 1 team if not both.
From what I understand, AMM only exists in 1v1 games right now and is separate per race. I’m okay with waiting on the AMM and Ladder implementations, but the latency issues that are currently going around because of how they handle regions are creating a play-ability problem.
