Since the release of 2.0.3 if I hold down any key in game, my FPS drops, stutters begin and I experience large lag spikes , if I let go of the key it goes back to “normal”.
I can also confirm multiple players are experiencing the exact same issue.
This happens online, in melee, in custom games and on single player. Please can you look at this asap.

I can confirm this happens as well, though I only checked in single player. While I didn’t have stutters, I did notice that holding down any key my FPS drops by like 10.
Try disabling the “improve mouse performance” option in Wc3 settings.
I do see my FPS decrease a little bit while holding any key down, but this is simply the game performing checks for the key or something like that. It’s only a minor FPS decrease, and there is no stuttering.
(Do not have the reduce mouse lag option on)
Its more apparent in larger maps , customs like macros become near unplayable. I imagine a large melee map would also be the same
Custom maps are unplayable atm. Anything that requires holding a key (Even queueing actions with shift) causes my fps to go from 120 to 10-5.
Some maps even lag without you pressing keys. I tought it was my old hardware but saw a streamer on my game have the same issue with a current gen pc. It’s amazing how every time blizz fixes a thing they break 3 more.
