Map protection allowed?

I have read the EULA regarding custom maps and stumbled on two paragraphs which I am not sure if they cover map protection or not.

Ownership Custom Games are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Blizzard. Without limiting the foregoing, you hereby assign to Blizzard all of your rights, title, and interest in and to all Custom Games, including but not limited to any copyrights in the content of any Custom Games.

I assume map protection would limit Blizzards access to your map. Can someone clarify this?

Custom Games should be playable by all users . Custom Game developers may not develop Custom Games that include a mechanism that allows the developer to limit access to the Custom Game to certain users.

I guess since everyone has a unique id now mapmakers could potentially ban certain players from playing their map. Now what about a votekick mechanism? Would that be allowed or not?

Hey there i was wondering the same thing anyways heres a working map protector h ttps://www.hiveworkshop.com/threads/extprotect-v0-1-2-0b.93038/#resource-66281

Votekick is fine, if it is only a kick from the current game. Reason: You as developer did not stop anyone specific from playing the custom game. The players voted the kicked player out of that match. Probably also for good reasons.

If it would prevent the kicked player from playing that custom game afterwards, then it would break the EULA, cause then you would have taken away access to the custom game from the kicked player.
