Why is there no World Edit available for MacBook? I do not think it should come to this but I am willing to purchase a map editor client for MacBook. I bought whatever the premium version of this remaster was and I would at least like an answer.

You could probably try to build the latest version of HiveWE, thats is not completely finished yet, but is the only third-party World Editor available that is compatible with Reforged.
Don’t take my word for it, this is not my work and I am not 100% sure it can be compiled for Mac OS, but I don’t see a reason at first sight.
Just go to the Hive forums and search for it in the tools sections in Maps & Resources.
