Make Idle Worker Rebindable

Basically just the title, F8 is not comfortable to reach for blindly, it feels like something that should be under the general tab when reassigning hotkeys already but for whatever reason isn’t.

Maybe I’m blind and it already is rebindable, but I couldn’t find it if it is

Not sure, but I’ve always clicked the icon rather than pressing a hotkey, there’s already too many to keep track of lol
