Cannot upgrade from 1.31.0.12071 to 1.31.1.12164.
It reads “Update failed, would you like to open a web browser to troubleshoot?”

That solved it.
When I open the game directly, the update from the prompt in Battle Net failed. It’s the way how I always get the update.
But when I tried using the launcher, it updated itself before the game starts. Thanks!
