Low fps after patch 1.36

Hey all, I am not seeing any known issues for this however there are a lot of forum posts with the same symptom. Can we get some Dxdiag’s posted so we can check them out and possibly forward any patterns to the developers to investigate? Information to generate a Dxdiag is here.
