List of bugs I found (Not in "known issues")

Campaign :
#1 - When the loading of a campaign mission finishes, you are redirected at a defeat screen immediately. I managed to bypass it in the past but I don’t know how. Now I’m at the mission “The fires down below” and I can’t get past the loading screen.

Map Editor :
#1 - Testing a map with the map editor will ALWAYS crash. It’s impossible to test a map other than logging into the game yourself and creating the game.

Chat :
#1 - The chat requires the person to scroll down manually to keep up with new messages.
#2 - Disabling the profanity filter does nothing whatsoever.

  • Replay: bugged switching between player’s point of view (not clickable in most areas of player’s nickname). !Keyboard in Replay is not working!
  • Client: Chatting have a slight delay; most of all known commands (/whois, /whoami, /w, /stats, etc) are not workng or bugged; profile is not clickable; players still have their icons from beta in chat.
  • Gameplay: being an AMD user with latest drivers on RX580 i still have fps drops, especially when fast clicking on minimap (not just me); responses from units disappear sometimes; NE’s gold mine can be detected on minimap fog of war.
  • No “single player/ offline” in main menu. We can’t host custom maps with bots without using servers. We can’t play custom campaigns.
  • Versus matchmaking is still bugged and not working properly: match found - nothing happens, restarting the game helps (as everyone has been reporting in beta); minimap preview on loading still looks bad and pixely as in beta.
  • Match results: Hero tab is bugged (SD).

Which maps are you trying to load in the Editor that crash? Is it a user created map or are they regular Melee maps?

Also saving Any map will cause script errors.
Even new maps after a fresh reinstall of the game.

I am on Mac:

  1. I was playing Swamp of Sorrows and the Goblin Merchant shops were non-existent. The icon showed on the map and when I was near the icon it properly selected my hero to purchase something, but the actual building was not there.

  2. Infernal timer does not decrease at a gradual rate, rather in chunks

  3. I Command+Tab out of the program and it goes to windowed mode. When I select Fullscreen again all I get is a black screen

  4. Even when I select Fullscreen mode, every time I relaunch the game it goes back to saying it’s in Windowed mode

  5. I was playing against three Computer (Normal) opponents and was about to win but the game just ended for no reason and went to the stat screen.

Out of everything THIS is the biggest issue

THANK you Oversoul for mentioning it and Blizzard we BEG you to fix it. Game is unplayable on HD graphics until it gets fixed!

yes, appears to be a lot of amd gpu users. I also sent a report into amd about it. but from what I have read from others it seems to be a caching issue that is reproducable, on any map I have tried. this is the ONLY thing that I am having trouble with so far.

I found that the dragons of lv10 (whatever they are) are not seen in the portraits.

Just follow-up that the release game did fix the documents/warcraft III network redirect folder issue I encountered throughout beta.

A user created map I made with the old editor.

This! I was wondering why these very obvious issues weren’t adressed during the beta and why on earth they are still present in the live version…
