Launcher stuck, games does not start

Hello,
Since today, the game is stuck when I launch the game before accessing the main menu (on the screen with the door knocker). I tried to log off / log in again, restart the game, restart my computer. Nothing works.
Could you help here?

I get the same thing unfortuantly… It doesn’t get futher then the lion which doesn’t open the doors…

Folks try this, if stuck on lion head and nothing else, let the game run in the background, in few minutes come back, if at least menu on the right bottom loads up, try to play credits. If credits play just hit ESC to end them, and you should see game menu instead of Lion Head.
