After update 1.33, spoken and text cannot be loaded in different languages.

I can confirm and it’s very annoying. I prefer English but want the ability to write in other languages and can only do so if text language is set to it.

To Arcitct: Why is that?
Support for the game is extremely limited, mostly to high priority issues for PC. Even then severe bugs sit for 6+ months.
