Pretty easy to replicate on my end
Host a map eg Tower Survivors 1.76,
After match concludes, try to join a game with the same map
It will put you in a lobby with the name you hosted with the first time, but completely bugged. Leaving will show a blank custom game list.
Only fix for this is to fully close the game, relogging into battle.net does not help.
