Hey there,
You didn’t provide any information about your system or what you were doing in game around the time of the crash. So advice from the community here is going to be very limited.
I was able to find some crash reports I think were from your client. If that is the case, it looks like the issue was an Access Violation. Essentially the game requested access to a needed resource and couldn’t.
Typical causes are outdated windows, system below minimum requirements, outdated or corrupted drivers. There have also been some issues across many games of issues with the latest version of AMD’s drivers which it looks like you are using an AMD GPU. So you may want to first try the newest drivers and if those do not work rollback to some older drivers.
You may also want to close out any unnecessary software that might be running that is not required for Windows, the system and the game client to function.
If none of that solves the issue it may be worth either providing more details of what you are experiencing here including system specs or you can submit a ticket for direct assistance from support by clicking your name at the top right of this page, clicking support, then clicking contact support.
I believe he’s talking about the crash that occurs when you exit the game. I’m pretty sure this happens to everyone on a regular basis. I find it a trivial issue since we were trying to close the game anyway, but I don’t think this particular issue is system specific.
