IMO, HotS IS a steaming pile… much like DotA. Doesn’t change the fact that it was made by Blizz for DotA fans.
My point is they have ALREADY catered to DotA fans with an ENTIRE NEW GAME. Much as they already catered to die-hard with SC:R. Both have totally unappreciated thier efforts, so I think it’s time for the rest of us to get some love… hopefully Blizz agrees

The only thing they said that they are keeping the same is somewhat the campaing in mostly part and the pathing. And I believe that with enough feedback, Pete Stilwells will have the infinite wisdom to reconsider.

My gosh what am I responding to. Guys… ive been into 1v1 in both games you try talk to me about a type you do not understand well. I play SC2 I get the better pathing but I say why it should not be like it…
The only reason why you do not see a bunch of people agreeing with me is that they do not like using forums… oh I wonder why. Neither do I. Cause it is for casual to prove their rightfullness even when they are in the wrong.
i get that why pathing is outdated, I explain why it matters for 1v1. Casuals will not play anyway I can guarantee they will think of the next 100 reasons to say what needs to be made easier and still abandon ladder that’s a type of player you either go into it with all it takes or NOT!.

Your view is not nothing, it just seems that we’re stuck in an endless loop of veterans/hardcore players saying “learn to play, newbs” and new/casual players saying “get with the times, gramps” (even if that’s a dramatisation of it that’s what the other side hears everytime you say something to bolster your side’s argument).
Eventually we’ll all get upset and cross the line in these circumstances. Sadly I don’t see a middle ground that makes everyone happy and I don’t think there is one to be found.
But your argument makes no sense. We are talking about WC3 exclusively here precisely because there won’t be two versions. Reforged = WC3. If Blizzard decide to change pathing (they never will, but just a thought), nobody will be able to “just play WC3”.

I get that it is not for 1v1 only. But… it is the one that matters most of multiplayer. It is the competitive format they want to keep. If they want to change it for Team Games im ok with it., Im defending the 1v1 format.

I suppose it depends on how you interpret it, agreeing to disagree means you don’t have to try to convince everyone you’re right. People are entitled to their own opinion, not everything has a right and wrong answer. That doesn’t mean you can’t have a civil debate.
