Hello, I’m trying to play the prologue campaign but Thrall and all orc units are invisible. I also can not select any units except for Thrall, what should I do? I am on Mac and have restarted the game multiple times.

Are other missions showing no units? What is the version of your current OSX Operating System? What is your Apple model ID?

The human campaign won’t even launch for me, I click the mission and nothing happens.

Appreciate your patience on this. We aren’t getting a large number of reports of this type of issue right now, but you were contacting us during a point where there were a couple server level issues which may have impacted this. Just in case it wasn’t related to those, let’s see if we can troubleshoot it.
If you’re still having issues with this, it looks like you were on an older build of Mac OS when you put this in. Can you do an update to the latest build of Catalina to snag the latest drivers? Updating the drivers may resolve any issues you’re running into with unit display. Apart from that, something may be preventing us from reading from your harddrive. If you have any third party security/firewall programs, you should try temporarily uninstalling them if that fails.
