In game reporting does not work

I open or remind again Blizzard community very toxic:

[type or paste code here]  ({Removed - please don't post images with inappropriate language and/or other player names in it})

and in game reporting does not work ! Gives error, please do something!

Guess you’ll just have to be an adult and use the block feature without getting the satisfaction of being a tattletail.

What do you mean by that? I am an adult, and cannot block certain players.
Nor can I report their language, and seems Blizzard is protecting them.
