I just finished the update but when I Launch the game, i see the screen with options, playing offline and leave game, and that’s all
Moreover playing offline is in grey and I cannot click on it.
They also tell me that an error occurred while treating the request …
I’m on MAC, please let me know if you found a solution to the issue

Which file can I see the game key?
They are in C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III
ProgramData is a hidden folder, you could try pasting the above to access it, or un-hide folders. There should be files named roc and tft. Open them as text files.
My keys are and have been linked for years. I would try and reenter them but I dont see how anyplace on the website…
At the top right of this page, click your name and go to Account Settings. There, you’ll see “REDEEM A CODE”. Paste your keys there. You can also check the other tabs in Account Settings to see if there are any codes already registered.
