If you want to make PotM decent, just improve her turn rate

Other suggestions:
PotM searing arrows attack range from 600/700/700 to 650/700/750
PotM turn rate from .4 to .6
PotM scout owl mana cost from 50 to 50/25/0

If you just go in the editor and try her out with better turn rate she performs remarkably better. dark ranger and naga both have better turn rates (.6), so it makes no sense why PotM is slow. Turn rate helps her harass and early game presence.

What is turn rate ?, never heard of it. Or you wanted to say agility?

It’s how fast a unit turns. Essentially allowing a unit to be more responsive and fast. The recent patch buffed abom turn rate for example. It’s the essential stat for unit mobility together with movement speed.
