I wish to get a refund - more than 30 days without playing

Hello,

I’m a Mac user and after nearly two months without being able to play, I wis to get a refund.

Latest issue that I’m facing after launching the game is that I’m unable to login after entering my login credentials and validating it via the authenticator app. A pop error window states: “There was an error in handling the request 6:9”.

If it’s the latter, request it through the support system. You likely will get push back for waiting for so long to refund it.

Refund me also for 2 games: War2BNE bought in February 2024 and Reforged.
Total 40 euro.
