I’ve noticed that the matchmaking is bugged. You end up facing really good players even with low MMR, when they should be higher. If you’re going to implement matchmaking, it shouldn’t be like this. If you’re going to fix the matchmaking, at least fix the MMR. Because if you don’t fix the MMR, then you need to sort the game by stats and MMR.
It makes no sense for everyone to be in Duelist, even bad players are at Duelist rank. Will you ever fix this? The matchmaking, MMR, and XP issues? Because the mmr is 100 % bugged.
Also, how can I almost lose an entire level after just two losses? It makes no sense. I win 4 games to get from level 4 to level 5, but then lose almost a whole level after just two losses. Is the XP system bugged or what? It just doesn’t make sense.
It’s completely wrong for low-level players to lose this much XP. I remember that high-level players used to lose a lot of XP when they lost, but now it seems like everyone loses a ton. This will make people bored of being stuck at level 0 all the time, and they’ll end up quitting, especially since not many players are active right now.

That’s a way to make people give up on the game. 
I’ve noticed that, and I will definitely quit soon. And I want a refund if I do, because you’re just taking people’s money and making the game so frustrating that people stop playing it.
