Please let me do it without a program
This problem is here for many many years and many many users were crying about it for decades
whats wrong with using AHK? it has many great features such as the ability to prevent AltQQ from closing your games! adding extra mouse buttons, and swapping other keys not included with customkeys.txt

unless… you are a mac user? in that case theres alternative ways to do it but, you dont seem capable lol
Ohh…tricky.
If you keep your Mouse on the right side, the proper way then is to stop moving in order to use a certain Item.
It would depend of course, on what Item it is. It should never need to actually be guys, that when I install my game from the Disc; that I need to go on the Internet after.
Always remember to RP in context, if you wouldn’t normally reach for that item while moving; you probably shouldn’t!
