The whole premise of your conversation is ridiculous, you are taking an old map that is itself poorly optimized, and using that as a basis for talking about how poorly optimized the game is. If you want to talk about this stuff, at least talk about stuff that people actually play.
Find a good map to play, like hero line wars, legion TD, line tower wars, burbenog TD, DOTA, hell, even one of the million versions of footmen frenzy. Let’s at least talk about a map worth playing

No one ever said it was great, but your illustration is bad and useless and doesn’t inform anyone about anything.
Nor does it help anyone fix anything. Blizzard would need to know about your hardware in order to do their own testing and make improvements. But since you don’t provide this information, all of your discussion about FPS is meaningless.
I would love to discuss any other map with you, but I can only do it if you release your PC specs. Until then, we have nothing to talk about. I have no problems playing the current verison of the game, while you do, so the only way to identify reasons why is for you to tell us what hardware you have.

The topic of Crystalize has proven that there are significant differences in fps between different war3 versions
The first video always maintains 30fps (at version 1.35),

While I won’t be commenting on the rest of this topic since it basically became a shouting match (I personally don’t agree with the behaviour CaptainJack is showing here, a lot of stubbornness that could be channelled into possibly proving OP wrong is instead turning this topic into a “Nuh uh” "The heck you mean nuh-uh!? " skit), I would like to point out that I live in the EU, CaptainJack lives in the US. I’ve never used a VPN (I don’t want to pay for one and free ones aren’t actually free so they won’t do what I want how I want them to) and I’ve used this name for more than 15 years as a moniker in most online services.

The amount of activity required to keep up a charade of 2 accounts being the same person on Battle.Net on top of all the other stuff I do would equate to me not being able to sleep. Any claims of me and CaptainJack being the same person is stupid since you can debunk this in 5 minutes. We usually share the same opinion, that’s normal, people agree with eachother constantly. That doesn’t mean we’re some sort of hivemind. Jeez…
Not gonna lie I agree that this wasn’t exactly the best look I’ve put on display… but I ran out of ways to try to steer the conversation towards something productive. the OP won’t give us the one thing that matters as far as potentially helping them with their issue, so even if it means taking a little hit to my rep, hopefully it at least shows that they are unwilling to discuss something in a reasonable manner.
