Hello. I bought a copy of Warcraft 3 Reforged last week through Battle Net shop. When I opened the game for the first time I was able to login without any issues. However after couple of hours when I launched the game again I wasn’t able to login. I got stuck in a login screen (the one with the lion door background) with a error message saying: “There was an error in handling the request”. I tried many things to solve this, but nothing has helped.
Things I tried:
Resetting network devices
Connecting through hotspot on my phone (mobile internet provider)
Check you purchase history in your account. Sounds like the temporary access you were given while the purchase was pending was removed due to something, such as the purchase ultimately failing.
That, or make sure you’re logging into the same Battlenet account that you purchased the game on.

In the purchase history it says ‘Complete’. I also check my banking app and I can see that the transaction was processed yesterday (26/06). This is the only BattleNet account I have.
I tried to login today for several times, however the same error message is shown. I really feel like Im running out of options here .
