How to turn of Narrator?

Literally ruining my experience even though I chose the hard mode. A help in-game from such feature as Narrator should be implemented only for the easiest game mode (Easy or Starter level of game difficulty)

Does anyone know how to turn this feature off? If not, I’m just done with the game.

I wanted to know the exact same thing. After reading your post I went back to the game and disabled ‘unit respones’ which seemed to do the trick. Also, you can press ESC to cancel the voice line whenever you hear it.
