How to get Rexxar Campaign?

I remember playin rexxar campaign as a child. I bought w3 reforged myself but i do not know how to get acces to rexxar campaign.

Can anyone explain me how to get this?

By completing the RoC and TFT campaigns first, they are all one big campaign now with the Rexxar one at the end.
