Hi, guys. Just like everyone else I was disappinted by this piece of… code that has been sold to us by false advertisment. I left a ticket to refund a Reforged, but it has been 28 hours already, and i haven’t got a responce. For ones who already got a refund, how long did it take?
Livechat seems to be the only real solution here, Tickets always take ages to get a answer from Blizzard. The longest i had to wait for a Ticket to get answered was 3 weeks.
I guess, it is not avaliable in my country - only tickets. I just hope that imperfection of our laws (which are not so progressive about protection rights of the customers like they are, for an example in Australia) wont be used by mr. Blizzard to refuse my ticket.
May i ask where you are from? And maybe VPN would be an option?

Well, it didn’t. I guess, the only option left is to sit and wait.

TY, they returned option to request a refund ( without a ticket, but now thу thing is - at first i pre-purchased a usual edition, and then, to support developer ( thing i now regret) I purchased spoils of war too. So the update was refunded and I got refuse to refund the base game because one refund has already been made.
They can ban me if they want to i don’t really care anymore, besides that would be breaching their own rules.
Since i do not explain how to get a Refund but rather how to open the livechat for him.
So basically how you get to the Live Chat is you go to the Blizzard Support page.
Click on the upper right corner “Contact Customerservice”
Open New Ticket
Then you click on Account, App & Shop
Then you click on the blue text “I would like to categorise the subject”
Then you select “Account” and choose “Not listed” should be the very last thing with an circled " i "
Then you click on “Contact us”
And then the very right should be Live Chat, you have to look up when they open. Usually i was able to see when they are reachable but for now its just greyed out completely without business times. So either they deactivated it, banned that Option for me or its just because its Sunday which is very unlikely.
Anyways, thats how you reach the live chat of them, couldn’t make it any harder to find.
Keep in mind that the options themself could be labeled different for you. But i hope that i translated them decent

Oh don’t worry, you better make a screenshot of it, i will very likely get perma banned for that last post. Its what they do in the past couple of days on a regular basis

Just make sure you go to metacritic and give the game the rating it deserves. Would be really happy to see it dip even below 0.5 out of 10

Honestly it won’t let me, keep getting spinning beach ball of death, when I try to post the comment/rating i get 404’d. Not sure why cus I stopped all addblocks and such just to assist in sending a message bliz needs!
Actually, it makes me sad. From W3 has my gaming experience began. And such degradation makes me frustrated.

Guess its because there are hundreds of people posting the ratings on that game an Hour. So servers may be stressed out
@Ned i feel you man, but i am kinda thankful that the game is how it is, sad for Warcraft but good for me, finally realizing what a cashgrab company Blizzard became. Should have realized that after they introduced an Ingame Shop in WoW but was too blindfolded i guess

Agreed brother, I spent so many unaccounted hours with friends, family and community that seeing what they did is nothing but heartbreak. This is coming from a devoted fan and player who started at Orc’s and Humans to present in all their games.
