How do you open world editor?

Every time i click it, it just opens battlenet launcher. How?

Open Battle.Net launcher, click on Warcraft III, and then on top right of it you click “Launch Editor”.

Go on Battlenet app, go to reforged, there is a world editor icon next to shop but my advice is not to use there world editor on reforged because they will own your map once you make your own map and not giving you credit. Use the classic world editor on public test version or 1.27b version.

I literally don’t understand why is this a problem, really. They owned your map before, too. It was not so specific in the EULA, but they owned it, too.
They have all the rights for the DOTA map (since that was what people talked most about), but they don’t own a new genre (if you do that), or they don’t own another game that you make (since they don’t have any rights on DOTA 2).

The map that you are doing in there is only usable on Warcraft 3 game, since everything is based on their engine, textures, elements from the game, etc. So you can’t do anything with it outside the game.

Besides, the creators of the maps are specified like before, they don’t say “Blizzard Entertainment” did that custom map, but it says the author of it.
