lmao time and time again they just cannot get warcraft 3 right, they cant get anything right. i was just in a 4x4 game with level 3 (me), level 0, level 1 and a level 2 against a level 137 with stats 3678 - 300 (LMFAO HOW!?) level 0, level 1, level 2, i have to download a mod that the COMMUNITY MADE to make the graphics actually half way decent, NO ONE wants reforged graphics AT ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL. GET RID OF THEM BALANCE YOUR GAME!?!? this is my FAVORITE game of all time and YOU KEEP SCREWING IT UP!!! FIX IT MY GOD.

Yeah its truly impressive how stupid this people are. I mean they have to be intentionally ruining the game, because theres no way you could f up this bad if you are actually trying to do your job. Ive been desynced 3 times in 1 hour for no reason at all. What a terrible collection of humans.

You paying money doesn’t obligate them to do anything, actually. And when they don’t, that’s when you choose to not do business with them and find someone else who makes games and cares more about them.

That only makes you have the right of a refund - though if you’ve owned it for more than 2 weeks it might only happen through a chargeback which would probably result in your account getting locked.
Ah yes. “Promised”. My favorite mad buzz word.
No one who throws it around will ever, ever find where Bliz used the word with any modern game. “Plan”, Hope", “Intend”, “Work toward”, “Commited to”, etc. Those can be found, but not “promised”.
Bliz and any other dev knows better than to use “promise” and has for a long time.

Unfortunately its just a reality that it’s legally little more than an “oops, our bad” if their product doesn’t meet your expectations.
A lot of people will often cry “false advertising” but it’s very hard to acutally prove that because it has to be malicious. When somebody promises something and isn’t able to deliver it later, that’s not false advertising, it’s only false advertising if a claim is made about the finished product that is both provably false and not mere puffery- exaggerated claims do not rise to the level of false advertising- To win in a court of law you have to show that whoever made the claim knew beforehand that it was false or was going to be false and deliberately said it anyway to intentionally mislead people. in other words, incompetence is usually not false advertising.

i will say thanks to back 2 warcraft there is a community made mod that does improve the look of all the models and gives us a proper HD remaster and its called classic + its amazing that the community can do this with no issues but the actual developers are literally clueless as to what we want.
